Geopaprazzi will be released as soon as we have enough time to properly release and this page will get updated with documentation. In the meanwhile if you are searching for info about the features that will be in the first release, consider to have a look at this presentation:



In the manual of BeeGIS there is also a complete section dedicated to Geopaparazzi.

GeoParazzi enables your android phone to do some digital field mapping.

To get you a first idea, here some screenshots with description of features. Some documentation will come time permitting as soon as possible.

Note that in the screenshots the gps has no satellites, which is why some values are strange.

First have a look at the main page:

You may note the main features:

  1. osgeo compass telling you time, position, altimetry and orientation
  2. possibility to take pictures that will have location and orientation in their exif tags (orientation not working yet)
  3. take a note that will be saved together with time and position info
  4. activate gps logging, which will do data logging and may be later exported to GIS
  5. the last button shows your actual position on a google maps view
